Our history

1950s
Bruno Gasparini founded Fragas, specializing in the treatment of precious metals.
1960s
Sergio Gasparini, Bruno's son, transformed Fragas into Gaser SPA, specializing in the treatment of aluminum profiles.
2007
Gaser became Gaser Group, following the joint venture with Eredi di Bonacina Mario.
2009
Gaser Bologna Srl was founded, specializing in nickel-plating and anodizing services.
2012
Gaser San Giuliano Srl joins the group, specializing in anodizing on large volumes and for small mechanical components.
2013
Gaser Impianti is created with the aim of developing a complete workshop to meet the Group's needs for frame, equipment and components.
2016
Gaser TC, with its 40,000-liter tanks and a loading capacity of 36 tons, became Europe's largest chemical nickel-plating plant.
2018
The first artificial intelligence goes into operation on the zinc plating line.
2019
Seridall, a historic anodizing company, is acquired.
2020
Gaser Group becomes international, with the opening of Gaser Metacoat pvt Ltdf, one of the most advanced anodizing plants in India.
2021
Alfa Ossidazione, specialized in heat treatments, becomes part of the Gaser Group, giving further life to the growth plans.
2021
PD Service, a company specializing in non-stick coatings, becomes the group's production site, integrating the range of treatments offered.
2023
The galvanizing treatment further enhances production capacity with the acquisition of Zincover, located in the province of Brescia.
