Alfa Ossidazione counts two divisions: the first deals with natural and hard anodizing with a strong specialization in the automotive sector, the second offers one wide range of thermal and thermochemical treatments such as gas nitriding, ferritic or with post oxidation, carbonitriding, vacuum or oil quenching, solubilization, case hardening, annealing, stress relieving and aging.

Versatile and fast

The establishment, thanks to a wide range of treatments offered, a 24-hour shift and a high number of plants, is able to provide a quick and efficient service even on massive productions.

High technological level

The anodizing and heat treatment plants are last generation models. Automatic management and traceability of cycles, analyzers with automatic mapping according to AMS 2750, barcode technology are just some of the distinctive points of the establishment.

Quality and research

There are numerous collaborations with universities with the aim of developing ever more performing and optimized cycles. The internal laboratory is capable to perform numerous tests, destructive or not, in order to provide a valuable metallographic or failure analysis. IATF 16949 certification on anodizing e heat treatments in a single production center demonstrates in fact the specialty of this site.
