NanoXHAM D® is a nanometric coating with high chemical inertia that prevents the adhesion of organic and inorganic substances to surfaces. NanoXHAM D® is the ideal solution for any application where there are adhesion problems. The substrate can also be an assembly of parts of different nature, metals, or plastics, and can be combined with other surface or heat treatments to increase its performance. Thanks to its chemical inertness, this treatment increases resistance to corrosion and chemical attack. The treatment withstands temperatures above 650°C and is carried out at room temperature. It is particularly suitable for complex surfaces and critical undercuts.

RESISTANCE TO CORROSION (ASTM B117 / 97)

Corrosion resistance on aluminium and brass of over 200 hours in salt spray and if other surface treatments are applied, 5-10 times higher performance is obtained.

CHEMICAL RESISTANCE

It increases chemical resistance to acids and bases and other surface treatments used in critical pH environments. This treatment also increases the pitting corrosion resistance of stainless steels (ASTM G48).

FLEXURAL STRENGTH (ASTM D 522)

Although it is a 400 Hv coating, it shows a remarkable resistance to bending that reaches 180°. Impact resistance is also excellent (ASTM 2794). These properties are due to the high adhesion between the surface and NanoXHAM D®
